Log Bits - Some Numbers Stations Here are a couple numbers stations I have heard, I don't usually go looking for them but I did bump into these when tuning around. All files are MP3 format. Enigma ID: E3, Lincolnshire Poacher This was heard at approximately 4:15PM EST, January 1, 2002 on 12603kHz. I was not around for the preamble, but did catch the number groups and playing of the english folk song "Lincolnshire Poacher" as the sign off. Sign off around 4:45PM EST. Watch Vanilla Sky. Groups (666Kb) Strange musical signoff (299Kb) Enigma ID: V2, Atencion Station This was heard at approximately 5:46PM EST, December 7, 2001 on 8992kHz. The preamble "Attention 42109" repeated many times, then while I was in AM mode a female speaker came on with an EAM from Andrews. Both were heard at the same time and recorded. Atencion preamble repeated (274Kb) 5 figure groups + EAM (570Kb) Sample of 5 figure groups in the clear (after EAM) (321Kb) "Final, Final" signoff (80Kb)
