Log Bits - Flash Test Call

These are described as "FLASH OVERRIDE pattern 3 communications test call, with warble tones". Heard more often on UHF and HF in Europe, this was an unusual catch here in the States on HF, 11220kHz. Apparently they're connectivity checks to ensure ground communications are in working order in the event these stations would need to talk to each other after an assumeably catostrophic event.

Unfortunately I have no idea as to who or what FLETCHER, EXCELLENT, or DEERSIGN are in these calls however WARHAWK was identified as the Atlantic mission E-6B.

All files are MP3 format.
